Insurance Dedicated Fund

Through our Insurance Dedicated Fund (“IDF”) offering administered by SALI Fund Services, allocate Separate Account Bank Owned Life Insurance (“BOLI”) into a 3A IDF to access the earnings potential of the SBA’s SBIC program within BOLI. 3A Partners targets top quartile SBIC managers, fully vetting each investment opportunity, and growing important relationships across multiple SBIC manager funds.

Separately Managed Account

Through an Investment Management Agreement, 3A Partners can manage an SBIC portfolio directly on balance sheet on behalf of a bank. The 3A team brings extensive underwriting, investing, and operational experience within the SBIC space. 3A Partners aims to deliver operational, reporting, and compliance excellence across the full breadth of needs for a bank’s SBIC portfolio.
